A selection of waders at Broom this evening (Gypsy Lane East) - SANDERLING (2nd day), DUNLIN and EUROPEAN GOLDEN PLOVER
This nice male COMMON REDSTART has been present in Sandy Heath Quarry for over a week and was showing well this afternoon when I visited. It is one of a number of Common Redstarts being seen at the moment, including 3 on Galley Hill, Streatley (where also a calling QUAIL still) and up to 9 on Quainton Hills.
